Miracle Mumma offers a full refund or replacement on faulty or defective items within 21 days of purchase. Faulty or defective item(s) need to be returned and inspected, or photo evidence provided, prior to refund or replacement.
Miracle Mumma will not provide a refund for change of mind, but will happily exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value within 21 days of purchase. In this instance, the cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser and item(s) must be in original, unused condition. The cost of shipping the replacement item will also be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Miracle Mumma requires original proof of purchase for all refunds or replacements. Refunds will be made via PayPal, unless an alternative payment method was used. We will contact you via email with transaction details once a refund has been processed.
Miracle Mumma will not refund or replace sale items, or items which were purchased without tracking - the option is available at checkout to add tracking to your order and we strongly recommend this for international orders.
We are unable to refund or replace your item(s) after 21 days from purchase (with the exception of premmie dolls due to processing time).
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure their address details are correct at checkout. Miracle Mumma will not replace or re-send an item which has been sent to an incorrect address, unless the replacement cost of the item and postage is covered by the customer. If an order has been returned to sender, we will happily re-post at the expense of the customer.
