Shipping Information
Miracle Mumma values the precious time you have with your little miracle, and we endeavour to post orders ASAP.
Worldwide shipping is available and is automatically calculated at checkout. We use Australia Post & Sendle to post our items, and only charge what we pay. We use the most effective courier to ensure your items are delivered quickly and safely. All of our items are sent with tracking included.
Orders placed via Regular Post within Australia will be delivered in approximately 2-7 business days, depending on location. Orders placed via Express Post within Australia are guaranteed to be delivered within 48 hours (excluding weekends). If this time lapses and you have not received your item, a case will be lodged with Australia Post to track the item and a refund may be given if Australia Post are at fault.
International customers have the option of adding tracking for postage at checkout. We strongly recommend that tracking is purchased, as we will not be responsible for any lost items. Tracking ensures that a refund or replacement may be given if Australia Post are at fault. Any items which are ordered without tracking will not be refunded or replaced.
- Physical Products -
Orders received before midday are generally shipped the same day, and orders received after midday will be shipped the next day (excluding weekends). Occasionally, due to sickness or work commitments, this may be extended. If your order is placed on a Friday, we do our very best to ship that same day, but sometimes it has to wait until Monday.
- Personalised Items -
Personalised items such as birth prints and embroidered blankets are sent directly from our suppliers, which will be displayed as 'drop shipping' at checkout. If another item(s) is purchased at the same time, Miracle Mumma will post this separately at our own cost and you will only be charged shipping once. We will send appropriate tracking information for each item, and will follow up any lost or delayed parcels as per usual.
- Digital Files -
Customers can choose for Birth Prints to be sent as a digital file. In this case, we will email a link to the digital file to the email address used to place your order, within 2-3 days of payment. If you have not received an email in this time, please check your junk or spam folder, as sometimes we get lost there!
